Hello blogger, im back from class studying. It was fun though, but didn't really study,
thats what i hate about group studying, you will end up talking! HAHA, ANYWAYS TOOK ALOT OF PHOTOS. Not posting them, because I LOOK FAT TODAY. Haiz, today then i realize.
I'm going to try to abstain myself from meat.. I need to lose weight desperately. This is the point, i starting cardioing last month, and 2 weeks ago, i stopped doing cardio and went back to my old style. See this is called laziness. I MUST slim down. From tomorrow onwards, i know its quite late already, tomorrow i have my chemistry summary test and i HAVE NOT START STUDYING YET. SO I'm going to like die of sleepiness tomorrow. I feel so guilty tomorrow because its Holy Thursday, i'm supposed to visit church, but i can't because i promised to support my friends at the SPF presentation award. I'm gonna pay back by not eating meat. I really hope it works.
Other stuff now, i'm actually quite scared of something now. I need to lose weight like by end of the year, i'm scared of those obese diseases. I'm going to keep fit. I'm really fat.
And after i post this post i swear i'm not going to turn back my words.
This will be my plain EVERY DAY, despite studying,
- Drink PLAIN water
- Vege rice. (NO MEAT)
- Exercise daily.
- no supper
- NO FASTFFOOD ( for 2 months ) Gonna try that :p
These 3 steps are very important because its the golden method. I went to read on it, they say if you skip one day, you won't be able to make it, so i'm going to watch my diet tomorrow onwards. OMG
MY LEFT EYE IS TWITCHING. Something bad is going to happen!
