fatness overdrive

Hello blogger, im back from class studying. It was fun though, but didn't really study,
thats what i hate about group studying, you will end up talking! HAHA, ANYWAYS TOOK ALOT OF PHOTOS. Not posting them, because I LOOK FAT TODAY. Haiz, today then i realize.
I'm going to try to abstain myself from meat.. I need to lose weight desperately. This is the point, i starting cardioing last month, and 2 weeks ago, i stopped doing cardio and went back to my old style. See this is called laziness. I MUST slim down. From tomorrow onwards, i know its quite late already, tomorrow i have my chemistry summary test and i HAVE NOT START STUDYING YET. SO I'm going to like die of sleepiness tomorrow. I feel so guilty tomorrow because its Holy Thursday, i'm supposed to visit church, but i can't because i promised to support my friends at the SPF presentation award. I'm gonna pay back by not eating meat. I really hope it works.

Other stuff now, i'm actually quite scared of something now. I need to lose weight like by end of the year, i'm scared of those obese diseases. I'm going to keep fit. I'm really fat.
And after i post this post i swear i'm not going to turn back my words.

This will be my plain EVERY DAY, despite studying,

  • Drink PLAIN water
  • Vege rice. (NO MEAT)
  • Exercise daily.
  • no supper
  • NO FASTFFOOD ( for 2 months ) Gonna try that :p
These 3 steps are very important because its the golden method. I went to read on it, they say if you skip one day, you won't be able to make it, so i'm going to watch my diet tomorrow onwards. OMG

MY LEFT EYE IS TWITCHING. Something bad is going to happen!

My experience at Kim's Family Food (Korean Food)

I was recommended by my friend Qin Pin to try out this Korean Restaurant that she had been telling about for ages that I really must come and try! She told me that there are more than 10 side dishes they offer and guess what? They are all FREE and refillable. Well to me, I not into Korean cuisine, but I decided to give it a try and experience the authentic food and ambience over at Kim's Family Food! There are 3 outlets in Singapore and we visited the one at 17 Lorong Kilat (near to Nooks DIY Pancakes). Address: Kim's Family Food (Korean Restaurant) 17 Lorong Kilat #01-06 Kilat Court Singapore 598139 Telephone: 6465 0535 (advised to make a reservation before you come) Entrance of Kim's Family Food  Qin Pin and Qi Man's peace twist sign photobomed this pic!  Full house okay! That's why I said you need to make a reservation before you come, if not you will be queueing outside! Btw, this is just part of the restaurant. The is restaurant is combin

My experience at Hai Xian Lao 海鲜捞 (Shaw House)

I have always been a huge fan of Hotpot, Korean BBQ and Mookata (Thai-steamboat) restaurants. I used to remember back in my polytechnic days, I would have them every once a week. Hotpot can be pricy for a student/NSF like me. Hence, I would prefer to visit a restaurant that offers buffet style. This is because you can enjoy unlimited servings of food provided if you can finish them. I feel that it usually makes my money more well-spent. Additionally, having steamboat with your friends and family fosters bonding and a good time with your friends. I was recently invited by Hai Xian Lao to try out their hotpot.  Hai Xian Lao  Prior to attending this tasting, I have actually visited their restaurant quite a few times with my friends (non-sponsored). I first got to know HXL from a video that was featured by NOC Food King. Aiken mentioned that the prawn broth was fantastic and full of flavour. Hence, I was curious and went to try it out. Truth to be told, I personally find that HX

Top 10 Cheap and Affordable Places for Students to eat in Singapore

Most of the time during lecture, my friends and I would be in class whatsapping each other in our own personal group chat discussing about what should we eat after school. (Don't bluff, I bet you done it before too). Usually, we will not be able to think of a location to settle down hence we will end up searching online. Over the entire year, my clique and I have been hopping around places to find the best spot to eat and I have successfully list up some of my top places that we usually will hang out after school. Of course, being students (if you work or not work part-time), we will always be on budget constraint and do not want to spend a lot in a meal. After months of exploration, I would like to recommend some places (you might have been too or might not) that you will probably want to visit with your friends one day! What we usually look out for: 1. Places you can sit and chit-chat for more than 1 hour 2. Pocket-friendly prices (preferably below $25, ranging from $5.50 -
